Project Manager

Project Manager (40K-70K) (SDG-38191)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Prepare scope of works for subcontracts agreement, technical review &subcontractors management
 prepare method statement and all related safety matters
 Schedule & budget control and change order, site supervision
 Final reports and general coordination with clients & related parties
 Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients
 Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
 Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any
 Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner
 Other tasks assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 35 – 45 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 At least 8 year of working experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
 Be able to relocate depend on project (Rayong , Prachinburi, Industrial Area, etc)
 Experience in project management at Major Construction Company, Power plant construction or engineering company
 Engineer License *at least Level 1*

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
