Import & Export Assistance Manager-Manager @Chonburi (58K-68K) (SDG-38234)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Coordinating with EDI & Forwarding staff to confirm BOI of Import and Export shipments
 To be in charge of BOI privilege for all customers
 Identify opportunities to maximize business tax privileges in import duty of materials and machinery from BOI privileges and free trade agreement to support business cost saving and ensure regulatory compliance
 Responsible for leading Import and Export and BOI processes
 Coordinate with all related functions for smooth operations and problem-solving
 Responsible for the management of BOI formulation and BOI stock balance
 Interact with shipping agencies, suppliers and contractors for import & export duties
 Lead the improvement of business process to maximize tax privileges
 Handle daily import & export, shipping issues and documents for customs formalities
 Other tasks as assign



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35 – 45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any field
 At least 10 years experiences in Import field especially in Import and Export Entry, HS Code , Customs Clearance Formalities as Customs broker , Privilege
 At least 5 years management experiences in Import and Export field
 Strong leadership and service minded in the same time
 Strong negotiation, presentation and coordination skills
 Advance Conversational level of English
 Familiar with PC Microsoft Office
