Cost Planning (R&D) (Japanese Speaking) (35K-45K) (SDG-37096)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Handle client prototype order, compute operation & labor cost for it and process expenses accordingly
 Plan Seat Development Schedule with collecting necessary info from relevant parties
 Support Cost Planning Business Plan, using tools and implementing cost planning processes on all projects.
 Cost controlling the cost of a project and make sure it within budget.
 Response to manage and control development’s man hours of all development projects
 Provide support to handle prototype sample works including, PR/PO issuance and Quotation preparation (for both Domestic and Overseas sample order)
 Response the office work about export and import process
 Manage Product Development Department’s project activity scheduling and monitoring
 Manage internal evaluation meeting schedule
 Other assignments as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male / Female, 26-35 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any filed (Engineering or Science / Mathematics are preferred)
 At least 2-3 years’ experience related to cost planning
 Good command of English (TOEIC 500 score or higher) ( internal & external Communication both verbal and written email)
 Good command of Japanese language (N1) (Internal communicate with JP Manager)
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
 Can work under pressure and have creativity

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
 จัดการคำสั่งซื้อต้นแบบของลูกค้าคำนวณการดำเนินงานและต้นทุนแรงงานสำหรับมันและประมวลผลค่าใช้จ่ายตามนั้น
 ตารางการพัฒนาที่นั่งตามแผนพร้อมการรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นจากผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
 สนับสนุนแผนธุรกิจการวางแผนต้นทุนการใช้เครื่องมือและการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการวางแผนต้นทุนในทุกโครงการ
 ต้นทุนควบคุมต้นทุนของโครงการและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอยู่ในงบประมาณ
 ตอบสนองต่อการจัดการและควบคุมชั่วโมงการพัฒนาของโครงการพัฒนาทั้งหมด
 ให้การสนับสนุนในการจัดการงานตัวอย่างต้นแบบรวมถึงการจัดทำ PR / PO และการเตรียมใบเสนอราคา (สำหรับการสั่งซื้อตัวอย่างทั้งในและต่างประเทศ)
 ตอบสนองการทำงานของสำนักงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการส่งออกและนำเข้า
 จัดการการกำหนดเวลาและการติดตามกิจกรรมโครงการของแผนกพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
 จัดการกำหนดการประชุมประเมินผลภายใน
 การมอบหมายอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
 สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 26-35 ปี
 ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (วิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือวิทยาศาสตร์ / คณิตศาสตร์)
 ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี' เกี่ยวกับการวางแผนต้นทุน
 สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 500 คะแนนขึ้นไป) (การสื่อสารภายในและภายนอกทั้งอีเมลและข้อความเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร)
 สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N1) (สื่อสารภายในกับ JP Manager)
 ความรู้ที่ยอดเยี่ยมของ Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
 ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
