<Job Responsibilities>
Training: Proceed both In-House training and outside training.
Contract to training company.
Prepare notification for each time training.
Arrange training (Place arrangement, food)
Prepare advance voucher and payment voucher.
Prepare training result report.
Contract to training company for seat reservation.
Prepare for payment voucher.
Confirm booking.
Prepare report.
Prepare training report for internal record.
Submit to certify training expense & get acknowledge base on laws.
Submit annual report to the department of skill development.
Collect training need & training course submit to HR manager on September for prepare annual plan.
Visa, work permit and Foreign Service.
To check and prepare payment to supplier (Labor) of each branch.
To respond insurance (Policy Claim)
Medical
Accident
Fidelity
Payroll (Salary, OT, Allowance)
To input data in deduct part that concern to employee leave of absence
Time attendant for Navanakorn branch
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years direct experience in HR field (concentrate in HRD field)
Good command in English (Internal communication, email)
Good command in PC Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)
