<Job Responsibilities>
Institutionalize HR process and systems and lay a strong platform for next level of growth and evolution of the firm from an HR perspective.
Conceptualize, develop and implement strategy for people development in line with business strategy and direction.
Provide strategic advice and support to the senior management teams in the corporate and at project sites on people assessment, development, role and competency evaluation, compensation & benefits, people and organization issues, market developments/trends, with the objective of optimizing business performance through people, and building and sustaining a high-performance culture.
Lead the Training and development function for India including Behavioral & Leadership programs, Organization wide programs and Domain programs.
Develop and position the organization as an employer of choice. Build and maintain the organization HR brand, internally and externally, through innovative and strategic initiatives.
Create a culture of enhancing internal customer satisfaction within the group through continuous improvement in delivering services to the employees.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment, tax and any other HR/labour related legislations
Forecast people requirements to support business strategic objectives, which includes succession planning, leadership development, long & short-term staffing plans.
Develop and institute HR policies, processes and practices that build a positive work environment, promoting an organization culture of competent professionals.
Continuously evaluate role requirements, map competencies and skills of current incumbents, identify gaps and implement development initiatives
Develop and structure compensation, benefit, reward and recognition strategies for the organization which are competitive and, attract and retain high performing talent.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-42 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
10-15 years’ experience in both HRM & HRD especially in plant
Hand on experience of Talent Acquisition / Talent Management / People engagement / Salary and benefits and any related to HRM and HRD
Experience of handling subordinate
Good command of English (Communicate with foreign Manager)
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Good management and leadership style
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in automotive industry would be a plus
Toeic 600+
