<Job Responsibilities>
Be Interpreter when Japanese MD communicate with Thai staff(Japanese to Thai)
Translate documents such as contract with business partner
Deal with working contract when new staff will join and current staff will resign
Get and update VISA, work permit for Japanese by dealing with agent
Improve working regulations by utilizing your knowledge of labor law
Prepare documents and scheduling tasks for Japanese MD
Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 30-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Business level of Japanese
At least 3 years of interpreter/translator experience
At least 3 years of Working experience of HR tasks *Have knowledge of Thai labor law
Advanced conversational high level of English
Person who can do multi tasks and can communicate smoothly even in hard situation
Personality: Strong sense of responsibility
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Some software development background preferred
Have own car
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: MRT Silom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
