<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of administration and accounting and several tasks related to start-up.
Support Japanese manager or sales members
Assist management in coordinating and documentation
Documentation on expenses and other expenditure
Go to Embassy for Visa arrangement or collect information
Make a reservation for hotel, rental car, airplane
Support office supply
Other tasks assigned for start-up
Accounting division is at head office of Prachin Buri
Main tasks are dealt with by head office
After joining, need to take a training at Prachin Buri
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience of back office work or accounting for more than 3 years
Conversational level of English (Internal communication and documentation)
Good command of MS Office such as excel
High communication skill
Can respond flexibly to anything
