<Job Responsibilities>
Documentation, Printing, Filing, records, spreadsheets, and databases
Sorting and distributing correspondences and document
Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Liaison and support with multinational staffs of the related department
Others assignments by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Able to start working immediately
At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrator, Secretary, Sales Admin, or related role
Proficiency in MS office
Good command in English for working with multinational coworkers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and planning skills
Willing to do overtime
