Technical Support (GPS) (17K-25K) (SDG-39779)
<Job Responsibilities>
Understand the products of GPS in technical functions and be able to comprehend the data report
Consult the customers towards the GPS products instruction, how-to, issues and solving solutions
Find the root cause of issues and advise the solution and/or collaborate with technical team in assisting the customers
Visit and instruct the products at customer place
Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Male, age 24-28 years old
Bachelor’s Degree / Vocational in IT
2-3 years experiences in customer service in IT industry mainly focus in GPS
Have standard English skill, can communicate both writing and speaking
Able to use own car for business purpose
Able to work at flexible date and time (shift work)
Ability to work overtime and as shift and on Saturday & Sunday or public holidays
Good and clear communication skill
Have a pleasant personality, friendly and good service mind
