HR Officer (40K-50K) (SDG-39796)
<Job Responsibilities>
Operate and maintain company grading structure, job descriptions, salary structure job evaluation systems and benefit and allowance scheme.
Execute payroll and coordinate with Finance and Accounting team to ensure timely and accuracy for employees every month.
Complete social and health insurance, and other benefits for employees upon case by case.
Operate Bonus and Award scheme for employees.
Post job advertisement and screening candidates. Arrange job interviews.
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Manage HR related documents to be up-to-date
Plan and organize company events, such as outing, all employee meeting.
Prepare the necessary reports to the management
Other tasks are assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Male/Female , age 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field
Must have at least 5 years working experience as a HR
Able to communicate in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experienced from new set up company
Able to work independently
