HR Assistant Manager - Manager (60K-100K) (SDG-39891)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for overall Human Resources functions-Payroll, Employee Relation, Recruitment, Training Development, HR Strategy, etc.
Create, review and update HR policy and procedure to ensure that the company practice complies with legal and local regulations
Act as an advisor for any labour-related issues including disciplinary actions for corporate
In charge of GA and Admin tasks and other as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 33-40 years old
Bachelor’s degrees in BA, Social Science, other related field from leading university
7-10 years of experience in HR overall
Knowledge of Thai labour law
English: Conversational high or above
3-5 years in Managerial level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have experience or understanding of nature/dynamic of newly founded company
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
