<Job Responsibilities>
Coordinate with Thai Sales in the office to order to support sales process
Issue invoice and quotation
Contact and coordinate with local clients
Forwarding, arranging and follow up documentation with client and salesperson
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 22-26 years old
Bachelor Degree
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good command in English for internal coordination with Japanese, documentation, and email tasks
Self and detail-oriented
Proactively work to meet deadlines and follow up until the end of process
