<Job Responsibilities>
・Interact with contractors, shipping agencies, warehouse operation staff, transportation agencies and other related parties to appropriately discuss and negotiate harmonize codes, tariff tax, customs rules and formalities.
・Support long term business requirements by customs duty/exemption, government subsidies, and any other government interaction related to customs clearance for import and export.
・Appropriately negotiate terms with shipping agencies, suppliers and related agencies.
・Work closely with superior to conduct business’s logistics and customs clearance operations and related tasks.
・Control compilation, application and refund of all duty exemptions.
・Manage Import and Export Support Function for inbound and outbound logistics as well as management of a Ministry Liaison function.
・Training new staff for optimal performance
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male or Female, Age between 35 - 45 years old
・Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field
・Have Customs specialist license
・Have working experience at least 10 years about customs formalities task
・Have management skill at least 3 years about customs formalities task
・Advance Conversational middle level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Have working experience in forwarder company
