<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of management of 3 sections (HR, GA, IT)
HR
Responsible for the human resource strategic planning and management including recruitment, training, organization development, performance evaluation and benefit, employee relations until retirement
Safety&Healthy&Environment
Formulate occupational health and safety policies
Provide advice on safety, protection and carryout audit to ensure that organization and government standards on health and safety are met
Identify and analyze unsafe conditions and/or act and determine corrective actions as required
Handle cases of accidents or professional illness
Environmental Management follow ISO 14001
Formulate for environmental system of the company to meet the target and requirement
Responsible for concern environment activity to achieve environment objective KPI
General Affair(GA)
Manage GA function as bellow
Provide basic/value services to employee for support daily working
Taking care of Visa&Work permit for expatriates
Controlling maintenance facility of factory
Taking care of subcontractor contract such as driver, maid, gardener, nurse, canteen staff and security
Information technology (IT)
Formulate for optimizing the use of company's hardware/software and network
To maximize IT service efficiency with highness security
Prevent the use of unauthorized software
Control all budget / KPI / MBO of HR&GA
Action and follow up the company regulation and support ISO14001, IATF16949

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-47 years old
Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in HRM or any related field
Working experience as HR and GA for more than 10 years
Management experience for more than 1 year
Knowledge of HR&GA function
Knowledge of corporate policies and labor low and company regulations, management structure
Knowledge of ISO, IATF
Computer skill (Microsoft office, E-mail, internet)
Conversational level of English (for internal use)
Can plan strategy
Have skill of convince and negotiation and leadership
Can make decision and control emotion
Have driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Knowledge of IT
Good command of Japanese
Languages skills
