<Job Responsibilities>
Overview of Service Operation
Set standard of Service and image of company
Visit brunches shop in order to improve standard for all staffs
Provide some training to develop performance of staffs in each brunches
Follow up a result after provide staff some training or educate
Educate staffs to be more Professional for individual customers
Other tasks assigned by MD
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 27-45 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service field of Hotel/ Airline/ Travel Agency or any Service Industry
Service Mind
Good personality
Leadership skill
Able to work individual and team
Have knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Proactive and energetic
The ability to work under pressure

Experience with Hotel chain
