<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety, legal, training and appraisals
Review company benefit structure
Organize Talent Management Plan
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish engagement
Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives
Conduct the IPD scheme and build the career path across the company
Propose the Talent Management and Succesion Plan for career development of employees
Provide Top Management with professional consultation on HR critical issues
Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues
Responsible in general affairs functions in order to ensure smooth operation of company (including, but not limited to, company rules, contract, facilities, vehicles, and others)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
More than 10 years of working experience in HR & GA Manager position managing all aspects of HRM, HRD and GA
Proven experience in management level more than 5 years
Possess the good knowledge of Labour Law
Good command of written and verbal English (for documentation and internal communication)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working as a HR Manager in Construction/ Property/ Real Estate industry
