<Job Responsibilities>
[HR]
Control and Supervise for site HR&Admin
Control and improvement in Monthly Payroll
Resolve each HR&Admin problem in each site
Cost control in HR&Admin (Headcount, OT, Expense etc)
Control and supervise Welfare Committee in each site
Coordinate Promotion&Bonus evaluation (with Top Management)
Control and supervise for Employees' welfare (Scholarship, New Year Party, Team building, Canteen, Health Check, PF, Company holiday, etc)
Company Regulation/Announcement
Recruitment for high class (above supervisor. Site HR will recruit workers class)
Company organization control
Training for Management by objective
Set up other training scheme for employees
[Admin]
Renew Company insurance (Health&Life, All risk, Property, Vehicle/Truck, Liability, etc)
Supervise Company vehicle control
Supervise Visa&Work Permit for EXPATS
Control other secretarial work for EXPATS
Management for other Admin issue
[Special Task]
HR Management System Re-design project (Grade, Compensation, Appraisal, Incentive structure) with HR consulting firm
New Time record and OT/Allowance request system (Improvement in Overtime and Vacation control)
Improvement of Employees' Moral and Behavior (Attendance, Drug, Alcohol, Theft, Compliance)
Set up SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for HR&Admin job (especially payroll)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 36-49 years old
Bachelor degree
At least 10 years HR experience in manufacturing company, which has over 100 employees
Intermediate English level
At least 3-5 years in one company)
At least 3 years management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have achievements to improve anything in HR field
Working experience in Japanese/Global company
