<Job Responsibilities>
Secretary for Japanese Manager
Visit client with Japanese manager and translate and interpret Thai to Japanese and vice versa
Accounting task (Put data in accounting software)
Filing tax returns of Japanese manager
Research and make report for client (ex. Thai business situation, legal system etc.)
Support admin task for clients (such as open bank account, translate some documents)
VISA, work permit application
Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 27-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Business level of Japanese (N1-N2 level is better)
Conversational level of English (especially writing and reading)
Having experience in Admin or any back office work at least 5 years
Able to work individually
Open-mind and positive personality
