<Job Responsibilities>
Source and recruit candidates according to vacant positions and requirement
Cooperate with internal teams for manpower planning and inquiries
Recruit both in-house and on-site employees
Screen candidates resume and job applications from assigned sources such as job board, agency, etc.
Conduct an interview schedule
Analyze applicants’ relevant knowledge such as IT experience and skills, attitude, personality, etc.
Support candidates during the whole recruitment process until onboarding date
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 4 years in recruitment experience with IT company
Knowledgeable in IT position and requirement
Strong English reading skill (resume screening, email, documentation), speaking for English interview and coordinating with Japanese Manager
Analytical skills of attitude
