<Job Responsibilities>
Secretary for Japanese Manager
Visit client with Japanese manager and translate and interpret Thai to Japanese and vice versa
Accounting task (Put data in accounting software and contact to accounting firm)
Reply e-mail from Headquarter in Japan
Take care business traveler from Headquarter in Japan (Booking hotel. transportation, restaurant etc.)
VISA, work permit coordination
Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 28-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Working experience in Japanese company and have translate/ Interpret experience
At least 5 years working experience as translator/Interpreter or any back office job
Business level of Japanese (Speaking and Reading, reply e-mail, N2 up is preferable)
Conversational High level of English (mainly translate documents, reply e-mail)
Personality: Self-disciplined, Proactive
