HR Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-120K) (SDG-51197)
<Job Responsibilities>
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review
Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintains minimal company exposure to lawsuits.
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or any related fields
At least 8 years experienced in overall Human resources filed
Good command in Japanese and English is a must
Excellent in management skills
Have knowledge in Payroll and Labor law
Able to use Microsoft office
