Marketing Manager (Fashion Retail) (140K-150K) (SDG-51426)
<Job Responsibilities>
Marketing Strategy & Implementation in & out of store
Support the business strategies e.g clear brands and channels where to play and how to win choices, to deliver against the short, mid and long term business goals
Formulate & drive the Marketing plan (includes brands & stores activities, media planning and buying, sales promotion and brand planning) on time, on brief and on budget. The ultimate objectives are to drive business, meet business objectives and improve the supported brands image.
Drive creative development across the media mix (stores, TV, Radio, Digital, email, print, direct mailing, events…) leading to comprehensive playbooks to drive great execution, in and out of store.
Act as the brands equity guardian: be knowledgeable about brands equity and in charge of securing guidelines are respected and implemented
Understand and be the voice of the consumers & shoppers: devise and implement market, competitive and customer research
Manage agencies with a long term ROI mindset
Be an active and collaborative member of the Leadership team, working hand in hand with other functions, especially Merchandising, Collections and Retail operations, to bring to life the Commercial Calendar
Customer loyalty strategy and execution
Formulate strategy, set up business vertical and drive the CRM & Digital platform
Provide the business with a greater level of actionable customer insights and champion data usage
Translate corporate and BU strategies into loyalty & Digital Media strategy
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor Degree
More than 10 years of marketing functions and mainly focus on Fashion Retail of Apparel/Shoes industry more than 5 years
Proven experience of management level more than 5 years
Strong specialization in Fashion Retail business
Good command of verbal and written English (to collaborate closely with overseas branch)
