<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare PO, Invoice, Packing list
Coordinate with logistics company for import and export of products
Control of Inventory by updating the record of Excel sheet
Management of office supplies
Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 26-36 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 3 years of working experience as Admin or sales Co or Import-export staff in trading company
Working experience in Japanese company
Conversational level of English
Personality: Flexible mind for how to work, Calm, Polite person
Be able to use MS Office (word, excel)

Working experience of export staff in trading or manufacturing company
Working experience in Japanese Company
Person who has sales experience
