<Job Responsibilities>
Day to day customer care stationed in Thailand through e-mail/phone/office visits
Coordinate and support agent to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve job requirement & KPI
Develop business relationship with customer by visit with team, update marketing database (including key-in database, market research, etc.)
Secure new business with customers through coordination with related internal parties within NYK
Other assigned task by Superior
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 22-28 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 experience as Sales Coordinator/Customer Service in Logistics/ freight forwarder field (Ship, inland, Air)
Good command in English (Advance Con High to Business Level)
Good MS office skills
Be able to visit client when required (mostly with team)
