<Job Responsibilities>
Project Support; Document control (project-related contract/letter, including ringi support
Translate documents between Thai and English (in-house and outsourcing)
Check commercial invoice relating to project, coordinate with accounting team about payment
Make a meeting appointment with other companies, governmental authorities
Collect market information relating to project from media source, and share them with the team
Share report/ information with shareholders in Tokyo
Take a meeting minutes
Support general admin tasks (Booking hotel, expense reimbursement report
Coordinate logistics with Project Admin in UTH
Other task assigned manager

Thai nationality , Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experiences as an admin/ project coordinator in construction field
