<Job Responsibilities>
Sales Assistant
Coordinate with client by telephone and e-mail
Delivery management
Arrange the scheduling for shipping
Preparing documents related to BOI
Import and Export tasks
Issue Quotation, Invoice and some other sales documents
Maintain existing client and building up good customer's relationship
General Affairs
Order necessary equipment for office
Make a reservation for hotel and car
Handle phone calls from clients and other branch
Serve tea to visitors
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 24-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
At least 2 year working experience as Sales assistant or General affairs or logistics management
Conversational middle of Japanese
Good communication skill (listen to others carefully)
Basic level of English
Good command of Excel
Personality: Sincere, good listener, proactive
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have knowledge in Import- Export process
Have knowledge in BOI tasks
Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-17:30 (Mon- Fri)
