Account & Finance General Manager @ PathumThani (70K-100K) (SDG-52169)
<Job Responsibilities>
- To provide leadership role in all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process and ensure success of the corporation.
- Oversee operation of Finance / Account Department operation.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place, i.e. policies, procedures.
- Provide information and analysis for Strategic Management Team
- Responsible for the annual budget process, provide monthly reviews, and implementing Business plans and other programs.
- Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
- Responds to inquiries from the CFO, Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
- Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- To handle IHQ business for accounting & finance fields.
- Conducts internal control assessment and J-Sox review as per an annual/quarterly plan at least, reports J-Sox audit findings in J-Sox reporting system.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting, Financial.
- 7 to 10 years prior supervisory experience in the accounting / Financial area in manufacturing environment, manage financials manufacturing accounting system, standard cost accounting, budgeting and treasury functions.
- English skill must have been reached a business level for speaking, listening, reading and writing. (Applicable level is equivalent TOEIC score over 700. )
- Strong knowledge of Internal Control procedures/techniques, tools and accounting standards, operational controls (SOX and J-SOX)

- ให้ข้อมูลและรายงานทางการเงินที่ถูกต้องและตรงเวลาเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในกระบวนการตัดสินใจและทำให้มั่นใจในความสำเร็จของ บริษัท
- ดูแลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายการเงิน / บัญชี
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุมอย่างเพียงพอเช่นนโยบายขั้นตอน
- ให้ข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์สำหรับทีมบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์
- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการงบประมาณประจำปีเสนอรีวิวรายเดือนและดำเนินการตามแผนธุรกิจและโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ
- ให้การวิเคราะห์กระแสเงินสดต้นทุนการดำเนินงานและผลต่าง
- ตอบข้อซักถามจาก CFO ผู้ควบคุมและผู้จัดการการเงินและ บริษัท อื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับผลลัพธ์ทางการเงินคำขอรายงานพิเศษและสิ่งที่คล้ายกัน
- ทำงานกับคอนโทรลเลอร์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการตรวจสอบสิ้นปีที่สะอาดและตรงเวลา
- เพื่อจัดการธุรกิจ IHQ สำหรับสาขาการบัญชีและการเงิน
- ดำเนินการประเมินการควบคุมภายในและการทบทวน J-Sox ตามแผนประจำปี / รายไตรมาสอย่างน้อยที่สุดรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ J-Sox ในระบบการรายงาน J-Sox


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาธุรกิจโดยเน้นด้านการบัญชีการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมดูแล 7 ถึง 10 ปีในด้านการบัญชี / การเงินในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิตจัดการระบบบัญชีการผลิตการเงินการบัญชีต้นทุนมาตรฐานการจัดทำงบประมาณและฟังก์ชั่นคลัง
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องผ่านระดับธุรกิจสำหรับการพูดการฟังการอ่านและการเขียน (ระดับที่ใช้ได้เทียบเท่าคะแนน TOEIC มากกว่า 700 คะแนน)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ / เทคนิคเครื่องมือและมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่ดีการควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน (SOX และ J-SOX)
