Technical Support Center Manager @Chonburi (80K - 100K) (SDG-52505)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Well understanding the product in order to provide technical knowledge and test the product with clients.
- Work together with Sale team to promote product to customer and expand market in Eastern Area
- Providing and developing technical support team in accordance with the policies and situations of the company.
- Manage, plan, and control budgets in accordance with company policies and situations
- Plan, implement,and development,process and workplace improvements. In terms of safety, technology, and work environment
- Coordinate with customers and related departments to achieve the target. Including affiliated companies
- Plan and distribute the work to the subordinates appropriately. In order to be accurate and fast and create satisfaction for customers.
- Follow up and review the work with subordinates, including solving problems and giving advice. In order to achieve the work as planned
- Check and review the accuracy of every report before delivering to the requester or client.
- Report the problems and provide a solution to the supervisor immediately when finding any problems that may cause the job to not be as planned.
- Recommend and present improvements in work to supervisors in terms of personnel. Software testing tools or others
- Control and supervise subordinates To be able to work correctly and safely According to the rules and regulations of the company

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 38 – 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field.
- 15 years’ experience in Technical service or R&D from Automotive field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Managerial level
- Conversational Middle Level in English
- Able to use own car to visit client
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Able to use Auto CAD and Solid Work

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Sales Experience will be an advantage
- TOEIC Score 500 up will be advantage

- เข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นอย่างดีเพื่อให้ความรู้ทางเทคนิคและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์กับลูกค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าและขยายตลาดในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก
- จัดหาและพัฒนาทีมสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและสถานการณ์ของ บริษัท
- จัดการวางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและสถานการณ์ของ บริษัท
- วางแผนดำเนินการและพัฒนาปรับปรุงกระบวนการและสถานที่ทำงาน ในด้านความปลอดภัยเทคโนโลยีและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย รวมถึง บริษัท ในเครือ
- วางแผนและแจกจ่ายงานให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อให้ถูกต้องและรวดเร็วและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบงานกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชารวมถึงการแก้ปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำ เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จตามที่วางแผนไว้
- ตรวจสอบและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของทุกรายงานก่อนส่งมอบให้กับผู้ร้องขอหรือลูกค้า

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชายอายุ 38 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 15 ปีด้านบริการด้านเทคนิคหรือ R&D จากสาขายานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับการจัดการ
- ระดับกลางของการสนทนาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้รถยนต์ของตัวเองเพื่อเยี่ยมชมลูกค้า
- มีความรู้ด้าน Microsoft Office
- สามารถใช้ Auto CAD และ Solid Work ได้

- ประสบการณ์การขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
