IT Helpdesk & Software Support (6 Month Contract) (30K – 37K) (SDG-52753)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for user
- Maintenance IT application to keep information up to date all the time
- Respond to calls/emails from employees seeking help with most appropriate action
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update incident status and information
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Manage IT application and deployment for new employees/resigned employees to follow company policy such as Files server, Active directory,
- Anti-virus, Terminal server,IP Phone system, Calabrio Office 365, AirWatch, BlueCoat, LINE Works and etc.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male age 25 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Information Technology, Computer Science
- Have experience of IT helpdesk support 3-5 years
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other IT equipment
- English: Conversational

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience with macro and business function of excel would be advantage

Working Hour: 8:15-17:15(Monday to Friday (Sat: once a quarter *depend on company calendar))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือฝ่ายสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้
- บำรุงรักษาแอปพลิเคชั่นไอทีเพื่อให้ข้อมูลทันสมัยอยู่ตลอดเวลา
- ตอบสนองต่อการโทร / อีเมลจากพนักงานที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือในการดำเนินการที่เหมาะสมที่สุด
- บันทึกเหตุการณ์และปัญหาและการแก้ไขในบันทึก
- ติดตามและอัพเดทสถานะและข้อมูลของเหตุการณ์
- ระบุและขยายสถานการณ์ที่ต้องการความสนใจอย่างเร่งด่วน
- จัดการแอพพลิเคชั่นไอทีและการปรับใช้สำหรับพนักงานใหม่ / พนักงานลาออกเพื่อปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของ บริษัท เช่นเซิร์ฟเวอร์ไฟล์, ไดเรกทอรีที่ใช้งาน
- ต่อต้านไวรัสเซิร์ฟเวอร์เทอร์มินัลระบบโทรศัพท์ IP Calabrio Office 365, AirWatch, BlueCoat, LINE Works และอื่น ๆ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 25 - 27 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศวิศวกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์
- มีประสบการณ์ในการช่วยเหลือฝ่าย IT 3-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจระบบคอมพิวเตอร์อุปกรณ์พกพาและอุปกรณ์ไอทีอื่น ๆ เป็นอย่างดี
- อังกฤษ: การสนทนา

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานแมโครและการทำงานทางธุรกิจของ excel จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
