Production Control Supervisor (26K – 28K) (SDG-52840)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Management and control the master production schedule (MPS) to be consistent with customer's requirement.
- Management Raw material and parts inventory from the result of planning to be consistent of standard for minimize inventory cost of company.
- Summary report inventory and Sale every month.
- Management supplier delivery performance both local and oversea.
- Issue a purchase order for suppliers.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics,warehouse,transportation and customer services.
- Control finished goods on time delivery to customer.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Manage team with smooth operation.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female age 35 – 45 years old
- Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Have experience at least 3 years about Production Control in Automotive Industry
- Have management experience ( have subordinate ) at least 2 years about Production Control in Automotive Industry
- Able to use Microsoft Office program
- Basic level of English ( Be able to reading and writing )
- Have Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to use Crane or Forklift
- Have Knowledge about BOI

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Every other Saturday)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การจัดการและควบคุมตารางการผลิตหลัก (MPS) ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- การจัดการวัตถุดิบและชิ้นส่วนสินค้าคงคลังจากผลของการวางแผนให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานเพื่อลดต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลังของ บริษัท
- รายงานสรุปสินค้าคงคลังและการขายทุกเดือน
- ประสิทธิภาพการส่งมอบการจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ออกคำสั่งซื้อสำหรับซัพพลายเออร์
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์และจัดการด้านโลจิสติกส์คลังสินค้าการขนส่งและการบริการลูกค้า
- ควบคุมสินค้าสำเร็จรูปส่งมอบตรงเวลาให้กับลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนที่เกิดขึ้น
- จัดการทีมด้วยการทำงานที่ราบรื่น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- อนุปริญญาในสาขาวิศวกรรมหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการ (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา) อย่างน้อย 2 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949 และ ISO 14001


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- สามารถใช้เครนหรือรถยก
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับบีโอไอ
