<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for the overall growth of respective regions for healthcare and medical equipment and ensure that it is aligned with the overall respective regions' sales target
- Respective regions are Thailand

1. Sales planning and Sales Promotion strategy
- To set up sales strategy and action plan of healthcare and medical equipment products for individual region aligning with the annual regional sales development strategy
- To generate area sales plan, sales planning for individual categories quarterly and yearly
- To implement sales promotions, and other marketing activities as generated by management

2. Achievement of sales target and generate market analysis
- Responsible for the overall growth of area sales target and objectives
- To identify and develop strategy to expand existing key client
- To generate and develop communication plans and presentation materials for objectives directed by management

3. Plan and conduct sales promotion to the distributors for retail store
- To make the existing distributor to prioritize our products to sale to pharmacy stores
- To identify and develop a strategy to expand new key distributors
- To manage and implement procedure for sales to distributors, such as sales forecast, order process, delivery

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of experience as Sales, Sales Promotion, Sales Planning (OTC medical industry)
- Good command of English: must be at least conversational high level
- Good Computer literacy
- Holding own car and driving license
- Able to travel to upcountry (occasionally)
- Good in communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Good strategic decision and negotiations skills
- Good attitude and good planning
- Professional team player

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in the other countries in terms of flexible working style

Workplace Area: BTS Ha Yaek Lad Prao, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon – Fri)

2. บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและสร้างการวิเคราะห์ตลาด
- รับผิดชอบการเติบโตและเป้าหมายการขายพื้นที่โดยรวม
- เพื่อระบุและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อขยายลูกค้าหลักที่มีอยู่
- เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาแผนการสื่อสารและเอกสารนำเสนอตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดโดยฝ่ายบริหาร

3. วางแผนและดำเนินการส่งเสริมการขายให้กับตัวแทนจำหน่ายสำหรับร้านค้าปลีก
- เพื่อให้ผู้จัดจำหน่ายที่มีอยู่จัดลำดับความสำคัญผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราเพื่อขายให้กับร้านขายยา
- เพื่อระบุและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อขยายผู้แทนจำหน่ายรายใหม่ที่สำคัญ
- เพื่อจัดการและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการขายให้กับผู้จัดจำหน่ายเช่นการพยากรณ์การขายกระบวนการสั่งซื้อการส่งมอบ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้านการขายการส่งเสริมการขายการวางแผนการขาย (อุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ OTC)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี: อย่างน้อยต้องมีการสนทนาในระดับสูง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
- การถือครองรถยนต์และใบขับขี่
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้ (บางครั้ง)
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารการนำเสนอและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล
- มีทักษะการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีและการวางแผนที่ดี
- ผู้เล่นทีมงานมืออาชีพ
