R&D Assistant Manager or Manager
(70K – 100K) (SDG-53742)

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage the Regulation compliance group. Be the consultant and checking person for another R&D groups for the product compliance and international regulation issues.
-Support product development projects that meet new customer needs, improve efficiency, reduce cost, or improve reliability and follow the required product development process and standard.
-Work with product planner to develop the product specifications and schedule.
-Conduct the analysis of design concept and trade-off and work with Design Engineers for drawing preparations.
-Work with other functional team members for concept design, sample preparation, testing, evaluation, trouble shooting and decision making.
-Work with Procurement Engineer for sourcing prototype parts and with reliability group for product qualification plans.
-Support plant manufacturing, lab test qualification, field failure analysis and provide solutions.
-Maintain the product for continuous improvements after the product launch.
-Comprehensive understanding of engineering and design principles of air conditioner.


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Age 35-45 years
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
-Have working experience at least 10 years about R&D in Electronic and home appliance industry
-Have management experience at least 5 years as R&D Assistant Manager or Manager in Home Electronics, Electronics, and home appliance industry
-Have good knowledge and experience about Regulation compliance
-Able to use Auto CAD 2D and 3D program
-Advanced conversation high level of English
-Advanced conversation high or business level of Japanese (JLPT is not required)

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 35-45 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยและพัฒนาในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และเครื่องใช้ในบ้าน
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง R&D Assistant Manager หรือ Manager ใน Home Electronics, Electronics และอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ในบ้าน
-มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
-สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD 2D และ 3D
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา
-ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ(ไม่จำเป็นต้องมี JLPT)จะดีมาก
