<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze sales performance, sales KPI, persistence analysis
- To design report for analysis budget and productivity
- To summarize the executive summary
- To analyst and plan for sales target in business plan to growth in profit and loss
- To be responsibility to handle sales volume report for closely monitoring market penetration by monthly basis
- To be responsibility to handle staff management for monitoring their performance as KPI tools
- To provide sales KPI for monitoring their performance by branch
- To control actual OPEX with plan and create initial project for utilize OPEX budget
- To create and customized new report for business direction
- To provide route month schedule area for tools their renewal performance to achieve sales targets
- To analyzed and summarized renewal performance in order to maintain customer for extension
- Monitor profit and loss report also cost and marketing cost
- Provide concise and relevant information to assist in the development of business strategy and to resolve strategies issue
- Prepare sale commission sales incentives, sales contest report.
- Develop the report that meet financial accounting objects
- Provide sales performance by campaign and performance reports

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , 33-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in insurance cooperate planning fields
- Good communication in English is a must
- Good calculation skills (The time value of Money, Loss cost, Loss Ratio, pricing insurance product and loss reserving)
- Excellent in Microsoft office; Excel ( PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Any IT certificated

- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการขาย KPI การขายการวิเคราะห์การคงอยู่
- ออกแบบรายงานการวิเคราะห์งบประมาณและผลิตภาพ
- เพื่อสรุปผลสรุปผู้บริหาร
- เพื่อนักวิเคราะห์และวางแผนสำหรับเป้าหมายการขายในแผนธุรกิจเพื่อการเติบโตในกำไรและขาดทุน
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดการรายงานปริมาณการขายเพื่อติดตามการเจาะตลาดอย่างใกล้ชิดเป็นรายเดือน
- เป็นความรับผิดชอบในการจัดการการจัดการพนักงานเพื่อตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพวกเขาเป็นเครื่องมือ KPI
- เพื่อให้ KPI การขายสำหรับการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของพวกเขาตามสาขา

- จัดเตรียมประสิทธิภาพการขายตามรายงานแคมเปญและประสิทธิภาพ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 33-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านการวางแผนความร่วมมือด้านการประกันภัย
- ต้องมีการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
- ทักษะการคำนวณที่ดี (ค่าเวลาของเงินค่าสูญเสียอัตราส่วนการสูญเสียผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันราคาและการสำรองการสูญเสีย)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้ดีเยี่ยม Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF)
