IT Associate Director / ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายไอที

- Manage overall IT policy, infrastructure and & core applications, with the objective to make the most effective and efficient use of IT resources and company policy.
- Manage overall technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals; keep up-to-date with the most recent technologies and advising on what new technologies solutions
- Manage all IT resources to fully utilize and ensure maximum efficiency and analyze the business requirements of all departments
- Lead the online business from IT perspective and be familiar with infrastructure, latest business tool, including trend of consumer.
- Lead business support system / IT projects and cross-divisional project management activities
- Monitoring performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations
- Leading efforts to improve IT processes.
- Performing miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 40-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years managerial experience and at least 7 years of IT experiences in the following:
- IT Policy, Infrastructure, Network system, Server and network security management, and core applications.
- Information Technology, Project Management, and/or Business Process Management,
- Client and vendor management.
- Business Application or ERP system
- E-Commerce, E-market place and Online Platform
- IT related projects (3-5 years of experience in Project Management)
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills and motivates cross functional individuals and teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details in provided information.
- Excellent communication, coordination and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English and able to work between BKK Head Office and Factory (Samutsakhon)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese company

- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อกำหนดระดับต้นทุนและประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและเพื่อให้คำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอที
- ความพยายามชั้นนำในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการด้านไอที
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ระบบสารสนเทศหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือมีประสบการณ์เทียบเท่า
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร 5 ปีและประสบการณ์ด้านไอทีอย่างน้อย 7 ปีในเรื่องต่อไปนี้:
- นโยบาย IT, โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน, ระบบเครือข่าย, การจัดการความปลอดภัยของเซิร์ฟเวอร์และเครือข่ายและแอปพลิเคชันหลัก
- เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการจัดการโครงการและ / หรือการจัดการกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ
- การจัดการลูกค้าและผู้ขาย
- ระบบงานธุรกิจหรือระบบ ERP (SAP)
- E-Commerce, สถานที่ E-market และแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์
- โครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอที (ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปีในการบริหารโครงการ)
- มีความรู้ในการทำงานที่ยอดเยี่ยมเกี่ยวกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ความปลอดภัยการจัดการเครือข่ายและระบบฐานข้อมูล
- ทักษะการจัดการองค์กรและความเป็นผู้นำที่ยอดเยี่ยมและเป็นแรงผลักดันให้บุคคลและทีมทำงานข้ามสายงาน
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีพร้อมใส่ใจในรายละเอียดในข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้
- การสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยมการประสานงานและการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและทักษะการตัดสินใจที่แข็งแกร่ง
