<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control performance of QA staffs, ensuring that company' meets standards quality of the product.
- Final decision for product release.
- Responsible for quality of raw materials, process quality management and product quality assurance of department.
- Conduct efficacy annual internal audit as annual plan and to compliance with GMP, HACCP , FSSC22000 standard, Customer standard, Halal, etc
- Review and propose efficacy internal auditor team
- Supervise on quality of document control and follow up
- Procedure and Work Instruction
- Coordinate with HR to organize ongoing food safety training course
- Cooperate with related departments in order to improve on food safety & quality issue
- Organize Microbiological testing of Raw Material, Packing Material and Finish Product to be within schedules time in line for delivery

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 33-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Food Technology, Food Science or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience on Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge in GMP, HACCP FSSC22000 standard etc.
- Experience in Lead Auditor for Food Safety and Quality Standard
- Good command of English and computer literate
- Can work on Monday - Saturday
- Can use Micro-Laboratory instrument
- Can work under pressure and deadline

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Project management experience is a plus
- Have an experience in Supervisor level will be an advantage

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดการและควบคุมประสิทธิภาพของพนักงาน QA เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า บริษัท มีคุณภาพตรงตามมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์
- การตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายสำหรับการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์
- รับผิดชอบด้านคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบการจัดการคุณภาพกระบวนการและการประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ของแผนก
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในประจำปีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามแผนประจำปีและปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, มาตรฐานลูกค้า, ฮาลาลและอื่น ๆ
- ทบทวนและเสนอทีมตรวจสอบภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแลคุณภาพของการควบคุมเอกสารและการติดตาม
- ขั้นตอนและการสอนการทำงาน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลเพื่อจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมความปลอดภัยด้านอาหารอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับปรุงเรื่องความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพของอาหาร
- จัดการทดสอบทางจุลชีววิทยาของวัตถุดิบบรรจุภัณฑ์และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จให้เสร็จภายในเวลาที่กำหนดในสายการผลิต

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 33-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าด้านเทคโนโลยีการอาหารวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมคุณภาพและการประกันคุณภาพ
- มีความรู้ด้าน GMP, HACCP FSSC22000 และอื่น ๆ
- มีประสบการณ์ในหัวหน้าผู้ตรวจประเมินเพื่อความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานคุณภาพอาหาร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานได้ในวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือไมโครแลป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลา

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการโครงการเป็นข้อดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
