Duties & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for overall functions of Sales team (not need to make Invoice)
-Find new customers (Manufacturing companies that use machine parts) for business development(Focus job)
-Manage overall of client relationship by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
-Encourage team members for Sales performance
-Contact with the client from USA/UK/India and so on in English
-Contact with Japanese parent company in Japanese.
-Work closely with Japanese MD
-Other related tasks as assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Age 35-45 years
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Having experience in sales(business development will be an advantage)
-At least 5 years experience in sales in the manufacturing company or any related fields.
-Around 3 years experience in a management position(assistant manager level should be okay)
-Conversational high level of English (contact with client from US/UK/India)
-Conversational high level of Japanese(meeting with Japanese person)
-can read draw
-Driving license (they have a company car)
-Having experience in machine construction will be an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon to Fri *Saturday working; Every last Saturday of months, One month per months)

-หาลูกค้าใหม่ (บริษัทผู้ผลิตที่ใช้ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร) เพื่อการพัฒนาธุรกิจ (งานมุ่งเน้น)
-จัดการโดยรวมของความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าโดยให้การสนับสนุนข้อมูลและคำแนะนำการค้นคว้าและแนะนำโอกาสใหม่กำไรและการปรับปรุงบริการ
-สนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีมสำหรับประสิทธิภาพการขาย
-ติดต่อกับลูกค้าจากอเมริกา / อังกฤษ / อินเดียและอื่น ๆ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
-ติดต่อกับบริษัทแม่ของญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น
-ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับ MD ญี่ปุ่น

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 35-45 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย (การพัฒนาธุรกิจจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีด้านการขายในบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้บริหาร (ระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ)
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา(ติดต่อกับลูกค้าจากสหรัฐอเมริกา / อังกฤษ / อินเดีย)
-ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา
-สามารถอ่านแบบ
-ใบขับขี่ (มีรถของบริษัท)
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานก่อสร้างเครื่องจักรจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
