<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge and responsible in organic chemicals products (2-3 brands)
- Research in technical information related to orgnic chemicals products both physical and chemical standards
- Support in technical terms for sales team and customers
- Strategically plan the sales and promotion altogether with sales and marketing team
- Do market research to identify the key opportunity market
- Publish the academic contents for chemists and researchers via e-Newsletter in order to raising brand reputation and awareness
- Consult to customers in products selection according to customer's requirement and specification
- Solve customers' issue and follow up to raise customer satisfaction altogether with sales team
- Visit customers with sales team on purposing of supporting sales team in presenting company products
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master (highly preferred) Degree in Chemistry (especially organic chemistry and/or applied chemistry)
- At least 5 years of working experience in researching or laboratory (especially in pharmaceutical industry) with deep knowledge and understanding in analyzing organic chemicals products/substances
- Excellent command of verbal and written of English (to use in technical documents and communicate with overseas suppliers)
- Highly passionate in chemistry

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- รับผิดชอบและรับผิดชอบในผลิตภัณฑ์เคมีภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ (2-3 แบรนด์)

- เผยแพร่เนื้อหาทางวิชาการสำหรับนักเคมีและนักวิจัยผ่านทาง e-Newsletter เพื่อยกระดับชื่อเสียงและการรับรู้ของแบรนด์
- ปรึกษาลูกค้าในการเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ตามความต้องการและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าและติดตามเพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าพร้อมกับทีมขาย
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าพร้อมทีมขายเพื่อเลือกทีมขายในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและ / หรือปริญญาโท (เป็นที่ต้องการอย่างมาก) การศึกษาระดับปริญญาทางเคมี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการวิจัยหรือห้องปฏิบัติการ (โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมยา) ที่มีความรู้และความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในการวิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์ / สารเคมีอินทรีย์
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม (ใช้ในเอกสารทางเทคนิคและสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ)
- มีความหลงใหลในวิชาเคมี
