<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for overall tooling inventory, getting tooling ready for jobs, keeping inventory of the kits and uploading data into the tooling management
- Working with other coordinators or worker of the facility to maintain and testing the tools
- Maintaining status of tooling calibration and work daily with local vendors. Responsible for sending the tools to repairs
- Inspect tools for integrity; verify the part list according to the maintain consumables stock
- Create the procurement request for needed tool in the procurement system. Coordinate with the sourcing team to select the adequate supplier’s and follow up the delivery from supplier to the tool center.
- Cooperate with production managers and engineering team to execute on day to day activities or coordinate the organization of the training at the tool Facility
- Report of damaged, missing, and unserviceable tools especially after receiving tools from work sites or from the training activity

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experiences in automotive industry or electrical appliance industry at least 4 years
- At least 2 years in management level
- Excellent skill working in Auto CAD 2D (Draw/Read)
- Good command in English for effective communication with all stakeholders is essential
- Able to visit Prachinburi branch as company required (maximum 3 times/month)
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong leadership capabilities to managing a team
- Ability to work in a fast pace, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision is materials
- Analytical and strong problem solving capabilities
- Communication Skill, Proactive


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in both automotive industry and electrical appliance industry

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบสินค้าคงคลังของเครื่องมือโดยรวมเตรียมเครื่องมือให้พร้อมสำหรับงานเก็บสินค้าคงคลังของชุดอุปกรณ์และอัปโหลดข้อมูลไปยังการจัดการเครื่องมือ
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ประสานงานคนอื่น ๆ หรือคนงานของสถานที่เพื่อบำรุงรักษาและทดสอบเครื่องมือ
- รักษาสถานะของการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือและทำงานทุกวันกับผู้ขายในพื้นที่ รับผิดชอบในการส่งเครื่องมือไปซ่อม
- ตรวจสอบเครื่องมือเพื่อความสมบูรณ์ ตรวจสอบรายการชิ้นส่วนตามการบำรุงรักษาสต็อกวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง
- จัดทำคำขอจัดหาเครื่องมือที่จำเป็นในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ประสานงานกับทีมจัดหาเพื่อเลือกซัพพลายเออร์ที่เหมาะสมและติดตามการจัดส่งจากซัพพลายเออร์ไปยังศูนย์เครื่องมือ
- ร่วมมือกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตและทีมวิศวกรเพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรมในแต่ละวันหรือประสานงานองค์กรของการฝึกอบรมที่โรงงานเครื่องมือ
- รายงานเครื่องมือที่เสียหายสูญหายและไม่สามารถใช้งานได้โดยเฉพาะหลังจากได้รับเครื่องมือจากไซต์งานหรือจากกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาไฟฟ้าวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรืออุตสาหกรรมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าอย่างน้อย 4 ปี
- อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในระดับบริหาร
- มีทักษะที่ยอดเยี่ยมในการทำงานใน Auto CAD 2D (วาด / อ่าน)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเพื่อการสื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทั้งหมด
- สามารถเยี่ยมชมสาขาปราจีนบุรีได้ตามที่ บริษัท ต้องการ (สูงสุด 3 ครั้ง / เดือน)
- เชี่ยวชาญ MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งในการจัดการทีม
- ความสามารถในการทำงานอย่างรวดเร็วสภาพแวดล้อมที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ภายใต้การดูแลน้อยที่สุดคือวัสดุ
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารเชิงรุก
