Work outline: To ensure effectiveness and efficiency of overall HR functions within the company


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Overall control of Human Resource & general administrative functions including policies& regulations, compensation, payroll matters, Provident fund
 Recruiting candidate to join a company (Interview and Exit Interview)
 Manpower/ Headcount Planning / Make a report
 Work cross-functionally with each department to ensure and improve work efficiency
 Supervise HR team
 Review payroll and submit to outsource company
 Other task assigned by Superior


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female only , age 28-35 years old
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields
 5+ years of working experience in HR generalist
 Experienced working in fool loop of HR including recruitment, ER, payroll
 Communication skill and interpersonal skill


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri)
