Sales Assistant Manager (Traditional Trade) / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการเเผนกขาย

<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and initiate sales and marketing strategy for Traditional Trade and Distributor Channels.
- Review category and product performance to take prompt action in case of sales volume does not meet target.
- Regular store visit to ensure that merchandises, Distributors or Customers are displayed with promotional policies.
- Visit customers to identify needs, resolve problems and update information on competitors and market trends.
- Lead nationwide sales team members and assist area distributors to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote products and increase market share.
- Hit monthly and annual sales targets and develop / execute plans and promotions to achieve sales targets.
- Work together with Marketing Department to set the appropriate promotion and plans for maintaining / improving brand values and equity.
- Manage and control own sales team through appropriate target settings, coaching and performance monitoring to maximize sales and market share.
- Identify any issues and problems disturbing business growth both in Traditional Trade and find solutions.
- Liaise with Marketing Department to ensure the successful launch of new products and develop/implement effective sales and promotion plans.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends, and prepare necessary reports periodically.
- Supervise the work of staffs providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/ Female , age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in Food or FMCG Traditional Trade Sales
- Experienced with Japanese food / beverage / agro industry is advantage
- Computer Literacy
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Good personality with interpersonal skill and possess passion for growth
- Have car and able to drive

- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าเพื่อระบุความต้องการแก้ไขปัญหาและอัปเดตข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคู่แข่งและแนวโน้มของตลาด
- นำสมาชิกทีมขายทั่วประเทศและช่วยเหลือผู้จัดจำหน่ายในพื้นที่เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์และเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งการตลาด
- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายรายเดือนและรายปีและพัฒนา / ดำเนินการตามแผนและโปรโมชั่นเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาดเพื่อกำหนดโปรโมชั่นและแผนการรักษา / ปรับปรุงคุณค่าตราสินค้าและความเสมอภาค
- จัดการและควบคุมทีมขายของตนเองผ่านการตั้งค่าเป้าหมายการฝึกสอนและการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและส่วนแบ่งการตลาด
- ระบุปัญหาและปัญหาที่รบกวนการเติบโตของธุรกิจทั้งใน Traditional Trade และค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไข
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายการตลาดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่จะประสบความสำเร็จและพัฒนา / ดำเนินการตามแผนการขายและการส่งเสริมการขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแนวโน้มการขายและจัดทำรายงานที่จำเป็นเป็นระยะ
- ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานให้คำแนะนำและแรงจูงใจในการขับเคลื่อนประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาการตลาดบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านอาหารหรือการขายการค้าแบบดั้งเดิมของ FMCG
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร / เครื่องดื่ม / เกษตรของญี่ปุ่นเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดีมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และมีความกระตือรือร้นในการเติบโต
- มีรถและสามารถขับได้
