Work Outline: Responsible for handle accounting function


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc, submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
 Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
 Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
 Organize and maintain financial records
 Managing accounting data, making report
 Prepare monthly account reconciliations 
 Support other accounting job which is assigned by manager
 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, Female, age 23-35 years old 
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
 Living near working location or be able to move near working location (commute time is less than 1 hour)
 English is must for business use in speaking, writing and reading (TOEIC score at least 450 is considered)
 Punctuality is very required
 At least 1 year continuous working experience as accountant at 1 company
 Non-smoker
 Internship period is not considered as working experience


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Working experience at factory of Japanese company


 Languages skills 
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk 
 Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)


About the Benefit
Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 THB including all allowance
