Work Outline: Manage and maintain the system and the own website






Duties & Responsibility:
Proactively monitor system health, security, and performance.
Vendor management to control the cost, improve the performance and fix problems.
Troubleshoot & solve the problem at the own website.
Back office system support and administration.
Supporting user requests relate to data and report issues.
Communicate with internal users as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes and agreed outages.
Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.  
Customer database management and maintenance
Internal IT infrastructure management and maintenance
Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 24-39 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any fields 
More than 3 years’ experience as internal IT staff in Internet Company or Software Company.
Experienced in financial or IT software or internet service industry.
Good command of English (Business level).


Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in online stock trading company.
Languages skills 
English: Conversational level 
Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-85,000 THB/ Month
