Work outline: Develop, and maintain an annual plan of Human Resource Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements: HR System/ Structure, Salary Structure, Assessment Method, Job Description and Job Analysis.
Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities and implement Human Resources Strategies, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Succession Planning
Support Management by providing Human Resources advice, counsel, and decisions;
Analyzing information and application.
Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
Budget Management for Company Target Achievement, Department Policy, Personnel Movement and Turnover rate, Ethics & Company Philosophy, Talent Management, Succession Plan etc.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management or the other related fields
8 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management (HRD/HROD) and at least 3 years of experience in managerial level are preferable.
Good English Proficiency and Computer Literacy
Good Interpersonal skill with outgoing personality
Creative thinking and Positive Attitude
Able to work under pressure and good time management
Good teamwork player and able to work independently
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good command of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Bangkhen, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
