<Job Responsibilities>
 Part1: Promote activity to customers
・Visit customers as much as possible to collect customer’s needs or requests
・To make suggestion to solve or improve customer’s problem or productivity by using company FA products.
・To demonstrate new product information to customers with demo-units.
・To make report of customer information to HQ in Japanese.
 Part2: Operate marketing key-event activities
・To cooperate and support to company’s marketing events and activities.
 Part3: Support foreign staff
・To translate product presentations or document to contribute to customers or other departments.
・To interpret when some event in order to support Japanese staff or customer.
・To support Japanese staff from HQ Japan.
 Part4: Self-Development in understanding of Factory Automation system Technology.
・Must learn FA products continuously (not only by company’s official training).
・To research and think what will be the suitable solution for the customer’s needs.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, 24-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Good command in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
 At least 1-2 years of experience of Business Development/New Product Management
 Must have experience coordinating directly with JP customers
 Must have driving license and able to travel domestic


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience or knowledge of FA system/products/robotic or relevant

 เพื่อให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงปัญหาหรือผลผลิตของลูกค้าโดยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ FA ของ บริษัท
 เพื่อสาธิตข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับลูกค้าด้วยหน่วยสาธิต
 ทำรายงานข้อมูลลูกค้าให้ HQ เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น
 ส่วนที่ 2: ดำเนินกิจกรรมสำคัญทางการตลาด
 เพื่อร่วมมือและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและกิจกรรมของ บริษัท
 ส่วนที่ 3: สนับสนุนเจ้าหน้าที่ต่างชาติ
 แปลงานนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือเอกสารเพื่อสนับสนุนลูกค้าหรือแผนกอื่น ๆ
 ตีความเมื่อมีเหตุการณ์บางอย่างเพื่อสนับสนุนพนักงานหรือลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น
 เพื่อสนับสนุนเจ้าหน้าที่ชาวญี่ปุ่นจาก HQ Japan
 ส่วนที่ 4: การพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อให้เข้าใจเทคโนโลยีระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงาน
 ต้องเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ FA อย่างต่อเนื่อง (ไม่เพียง แต่การฝึกอบรมอย่างเป็นทางการของ บริษัท เท่านั้น)
 เพื่อค้นคว้าและคิดว่าอะไรคือโซลูชันที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
 สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 24-35 ปี
 สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
 สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น (JLPT N2) และภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
 มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจ / การจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
 ต้องมีประสบการณ์ติดต่อประสานงานโดยตรงกับลูกค้า JP
 ต้องมีใบขับขี่และสามารถเดินทางภายในประเทศได้
