Work Outline: In charge of accounting task (Using outsource company)


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Handle all Accounting jobs, Such as AP, AR, RV, PV, PB and PC
 Operation by CD organizer program 
 Prepare documents for Petty cash expense
 Issue Withholding Tax to supplier
 Record Input-Output Vat
 Receive billing and confirm payment schedule to supplier
 Support documents to Accounting consult company and Check GL, BS AND TB to correctly
 Summary Petty cash, Bank report end of month
 Summary Purchase and Sales from CD program for check with Sales Department to correctly and Other duty as requirement


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Female, age 28-30 years old 
 Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
 At last 2 years’ experience in Accounting
 Good command of English both Speaking and writing or ability a little speaking in Japanese
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and Good command to communication and relationship
 Computer literate : MS Office, Internet and E-mail
 Able to use wind speed, Express or CD




 Languages skills 
English: Conversational level 
Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable)






Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
 Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)


About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB negotiable
