Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruiting candidate to join a company (Interview and Exit Interview)
Manpower/ Headcount Planning / Make a report
Budget Planning
Wage, salary ,Bonus Performance appraisal
Wage, salary and welfare survey and update data
Ensure consistent benefits & compensation practice
Preparing career and training development plan
Disciplinary Action of Labor Law and Proactive Industrial Relations
Preparing for extend any business licenses or essential documents of the company
Government Coordinating and preparing/ coordinating for visa and work permit for foreigners
Preparing Organization Chart/ any service Contracts
Attending and presentation department performance of Monthly meeting and review
Supervise HR & GA Team
Corporation and do according to the company regulations/safety and Environmental Law
Join activities of internal and external audit
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, female only, age 30-42 years
Bachelor’s Degree in law, political or any related field
At least 5 years of working experiences in HR&GA fields
**Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels**
Cheerful personality
Overall knowledge about Pay-roll, work permit
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangpoo / Samut-prakarn
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday) *work on Saturday 2 times/month
