<Job Responsibilities>
• Boost staff awareness of compliance
• Lead employee training sessions on quality assurance and compliance issues
• Review and implement hazard prediction training(危険予知トレーニング) on quality assurance and compliance matters
• Perform periodic audits on quality assurance and compliance issues
• Coordinate with different department managers to review all quality assurance matters
• Oversee all business operations relating to compliance
• Report to the Japanese division head
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance at factories in China
• Fluent in Japanese(N2) or English
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Willing to work in Dongguan(Mon-Fri)
• Accommodation provided
