OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Engineer/วิศวกรวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิผลเครื่องจักร

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and summarize daily overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) data from the production output downtime record and scrap report
- Provide the daily OEE data to all concern departments
- Arrange the OEE improvement meeting with all concern departments
- Follow up with all department person in charge to get the improvement activity update and summary
- Liaise with QA for the progress update for the OEE improvement project.
- Other tasks as assigned by report line

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 23-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering or related field
- At least 2 years experiences doing overall equipment effectiveness plan for die-casting process
- Be able to communicate in English (for internal communication with other departments)
- Detail-oriented person and be able to perform routine task
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO 14001/ISO45001

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences working in related industries (HDD)
- Can join immediately or notice less than 10 days

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (some Saturday) no night shift)

- จัดเตรียมและสรุปข้อมูลประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของอุปกรณ์ประจำวัน (OEE) จากบันทึกการหยุดทำงานของผลผลิตและรายงานเศษซาก
- จัดหาข้อมูล OEE รายวันให้กับทุกแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดการประชุมปรับปรุง OEE กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
- ติดตามผลกับแผนกทั้งหมดที่รับผิดชอบเพื่อรับการอัปเดตและสรุปกิจกรรมการปรับปรุง
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ QA สำหรับการอัปเดตความคืบหน้าสำหรับโครงการปรับปรุง OEE
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 23-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการทำแผนประสิทธิผลของอุปกรณ์โดยรวมสำหรับกระบวนการหล่อขึ้นรูป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในกับแผนกอื่น ๆ )
- เป็นคนที่เน้นรายละเอียดและสามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำได้
- มีความรู้ใน ISO9001, ISO 14001 / ISO45001

- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง (HDD)
