Work outline: To support sales and work closely with Sales and suppliers/customers


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Sales transaction data entry 
 Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
 Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
 Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
 Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
 Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
 Support team work load if needed
 Prepare report upon request from manager
 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-32 years old  
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 At least 2 years of working experiences in shipping tasks
 Familiar with Japanese culture
 Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)


Preferable: 
 Have working experience in Japanese company
 Be able to use SAP


Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational level (Middle to high) 
Japanese: Preferable 


Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)


About the Benefit
Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 THB including all Allowance
