Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain the relationship with existing client (Sales Area: Amatanakhorn, suburbs Bangkok / Visit client by company cars with driver )
• Take care overseas client by email, phone, online(South East Asia, China, Taiwan, Europe)
• It has business trip to South East Asia, China, Taiwan after Covid
• Estimate cost and selling, negotiate cost with clients
• Make quotation and sales related documents
• Manage order, inventory, delivery according to clients requirement
• Coordinate with production team, JP parent company, Client in Japan
• Other tasks might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years experience as sales in manufacturing industry
• Have experience to take care overseas client by using English
• Advanced conversational high level of English *Coordinate with overseas client
• Advanced Conversational middle level of Japanese (N3 level *Don't need certificate) *Mainly communicate with JP internal, Coordinate with JP parent company, their CL in Japan but not so much
• Be able to go business trip in South East Asia, China, Taiwan after Covid *Don't need to go Europe, only communicate by email, phone
• Over TOEIC 800 score *can get language allowance
• Possess N3 *can get language allowance

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเดิม (พื้นที่ขาย: อมตะนครชานเมืองกรุงเทพฯ / เยี่ยมลูกค้าโดยรถยนต์ของบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ)
•ดูแลลูกค้าในต่างประเทศทางอีเมลโทรศัพท์ออนไลน์ (เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้จีนไต้หวันยุโรป)
•มีการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจไปยังเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้จีนไต้หวันหลังจากที่โควิด
•ประมาณต้นทุนและขายเจรจาต้นทุนกับลูกค้า
•จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
•จัดการคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าคงคลังการจัดส่งตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
•ประสานงานกับทีมผลิต บริษัทแม่ที่ญี่ปุ่น ลูกค้าในญี่ปุ่น
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 27-35 ปี
•ผู้หญิงจะดีมาก
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการขายในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์ดูแลลูกค้าในต่างประเทศโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษขั้นสูงระดับสูง * ประสานงานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ
•การสนทนาขั้นสูงระดับกลางของภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ระดับ N3 * ไม่ต้องใช้ใบรับรอง) * ส่วนใหญ่สื่อสารกับ JP ภายในประสานงานกับ บริษัท แม่ JP CL ของพวกเขาในญี่ปุ่น แต่ไม่มากนัก
•สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้จีนไต้หวันหลังโควิดได้ * ไม่ต้องไปยุโรปสื่อสารทางอีเมลโทรศัพท์เท่านั้น
•คะแนน TOEIC มากกว่า 800 คะแนน *จะได้รับค่าภาษา
•มี N3 *จะได้รับค่าภาษา
